Bread Class - An Intro to Sourdough

Joan Rasmussen of The Andy Clark Foundation will take you on a guided journey though the art and science of baking. This will be a bread class for beginners where we will discuss fermentation, history, function and flavor of heirloom grains, ingredient functionality, hand mixing, the baking process, and more. We will walk you through the whole process during the five hour class that will culminate with students learning how to interpret and achieve different flavors, aromas and textures in bread. 100% of ticket sales will go to The Andy Clark Foundation.
